The Doors Passport

Important Passport Perks points are linked to individual attendees and Passport accounts, not simply to whoever paid for the order.

How do I earn points?

You earn points when you attend eligible Doors Nightclub events and your ticket is scanned at the entrance. Bonus points may also be awarded for selected event activities, merch purchases, partner promotions, or special scene bonuses.

How many points do I get for attending an event?

Standard event attendance is usually worth 10 points, unless otherwise stated for a specific event or promotion.

Do I get points if I buy tickets but do not attend?

No. Points are awarded after the event based on scanned attendance. If your ticket is not scanned at the door, the system cannot count you as having attended.

What if I buy tickets for friends?

When buying multiple tickets, please enter each attendee's correct name and email address during checkout. Each person's ticket should be linked to their own email address so their Passport account can receive the points.

Will I get all the points if I buy tickets for a group?

No. Points are linked to the individual attendee, not the purchaser. If you buy five tickets, each scanned attendee earns their own points, provided their ticket email matches their Passport account.

What if my ticket email and Passport email are different?

Your points may not be awarded automatically. Use the same email address for your Passport account and your ticket wherever possible.

Do complimentary tickets count?

Yes, complimentary tickets can qualify for attendance points as long as the ticket is assigned correctly and scanned at the entrance.

Do door sales count?

Yes. If you pay at the door, ask the door team for a Doors Passport code. Each code can only be redeemed once and must be entered into your Passport account to claim your door-sale attendance points.

How do door-sale codes work?

Door-sale codes are issued on the night to people who pay at the entrance. Keep your code safe and redeem it as soon as possible. Once a code has been used, it cannot be used again by another person.

How long do points take to appear?

Points are usually added after the event attendance list has been processed. Please allow a few days after the event for updates to reflect on your Passport.

Can points be transferred to someone else?

No. Passport Perks points belong to the account holder who earned them and cannot be transferred between people.

Can The Doors adjust points or perks?

Yes. Points, rewards, bonuses, tier benefits, and event-specific promotions may be adjusted when needed. The system is designed to reward genuine participation in the scene.
