I have been part of the DJ scene for more than 16 years. I may joke that I am a horrible DJ, but I have never had a booking where Bohemian Rhapsody, Brainstorm and Nellie the Elephant did not move the dance floor.

I am a sound and lighting engineer at heart, and I love the adrenaline of finding the perfect song for that restless foot. I manage and DJ the Crusaders Biker Club events in Johannesburg and can get even the toughest riders to bend a hip.

I am also the CEO of a production company and produce smaller, intimate events to keep the creative juices flowing. I love giving a crowd something different.

I am a 20-year-old from Edenvale who runs a digital marketing agency during the week and spends weekends playing and mixing music on VirtualDJ.

A lot of my musical influence came from my parents, who were regulars at The Doors in Marshall Street and later Edenvale. I grew up around alternative music and have always been passionate about rock, metal and grunge.

I have always wanted to DJ because I enjoy putting music together in a way that creates energy, emotion and memorable moments. The Doors feels like the perfect place because it is centred around music I genuinely enjoy and would be excited to play.
