Approved partners are listed in the Doors Passport partner network. Each partner receives a unique Passport QR code. Passport members scan it when they visit to earn points, claim partner perks, and leave feedback about their experience.
This is a free community programme. Doors does not take commission, does not sell this as advertising, and does not earn money from partner perks. The aim is to give Passport members value while sending alternative-friendly businesses the right kind of people.
Participation is free. Partners benefit from exposure to the Doors community, but they must provide accurate information, honour the perks they advertise, and treat Passport members professionally. Doors may decline, suspend, or remove partners if complaints are repeated or verified.
Members may rate their visit, confirm whether they received the advertised benefit, and say whether they would recommend the business. This helps us keep the network useful and trusted.
